Begin with our Bolt Training Camp program. This program will introduce you to all the movements and exercises we use in our program, our physical fitness and nutrition methodology, and prepare you for our group classes. Depending on your background and ability level you may apply for private Bolt Camp, and Bolt Fast Camp.
* If you have completed a CrossFit foundations, On-Ramp, or similar training; provide an e-mail from your previous affiliate and use your intro class to test-out of Bolt Training Camp. We reserve the right to require our program if you fail the test-out.
