SCHEDULE

Begin with our Bolt Training Camp program. This program will introduce you to all the movements and exercises we use in our program, our physical fitness and nutrition methodology, and prepare you for our group classes. Depending on your background and ability level you may apply for private Bolt Camp, and Bolt Fast Camp.

Crossfit class with constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity. These sessions generally include strength and or skill work followed by a WOD (work out of the day)

Competitive athletics demand a unique set of skills and physical qualities. BOLT Athletics provides a unique training regimen designed to elicit greater competency in sports specific skill sets.
