Are you ready to GET BOLT?

The absolute best way to learn about CrossFit and what BOLT is all about, is taking the leap and experiencing a CrossFit BOLT WOD (workout of the day).

Intro sessions:

  • Mon-Fri: 6:30 AM
  • Mon,Tues & Thurs: 7:15 PM
  • If these times do not work for you schedule, please contact us so we can create an alternative.

Please sign up online in advance to reserve a spot! This allows our coaches to prepare a safe and effective scaled workout if necessary.

Free intro classes are suitable for all fitness levels. We know that trying a new workout class or gym can be intimidating, so we’ve built our intro classes to allow anyone to jump right in, regardless of athletic ability or previous experience.


After you try a free intro class, and decide you are ready to GET BOLT, the next step is our BOLT TRAINING CAMP.

This is a 12 session training program (1 month) to introduce new athletes to the movements and methodology we utilize at CrossFit BOLT.

Program includes

  • 8 small group sessions
  • 4 Saturday sessions

Following the BOLT Training Camp you will receive 1 free week to participate in unlimited CrossFit BOLT classes!

We require all new members, not experienced in CrossFit movements to complete BOLT TRAINING CAMP (please contact us about testing out of the BOLT Camp if you feel that you are proficient in CrossFit movements).

We offer individual BOLT Camps/Training available upon request.

BOLT Teen Summer

The BOLT Teen Summer sessions begin June 8th and will run for all 11 weeks of summer, in 3 different sessions (Jun8-Jul2, Jul6-Jul30, Aug3-Aug20). Class times are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 10-11:30 AM.

The focus of our training will be building body awareness and control through gymnastic skills, functional strength through foundational full body movements, and a big engine through metabolic conditioning workouts. A second and equally important focus is fostering community and camaraderie! We like to have fun, encourage, and motivate...positivity breeds success. Athletes of all levels are welcome and will learn the mechanics of each foundational movement in class.

Our experienced coaches: Sam Jett, the youngest qualifying 2014 CrossFit Regional Individual competitor and recent CHS grad, and CrossFit Games coach Matt McCraney, Air Force Academy football alum and CHS grad.

Relocating CrossFitters

If you are relocating to our area, or interested in trying a different CrossFit experience you are welcome to join us for 1 week of free unlimited classes. We hope this will give you the opportunity to see all that BOLT has to offer in our coaching, programming, and community. This offer is contingent on at least 3 months experience in a CrossFit affiliate and/or completion of a similar CrossFit fundamentals course. We reserve the right to require the BOLT Training Camp if we feel your understanding and movements are not up to standard.
